THE SITUATION
MentorNations is a community of volunteers who believe digital literacy is a human right.They empower underserved youth to transform their lives through technology.
Innovation Bazar partners with MentorNations to provide Mentorship and Entrepreneurship Training through leveraging design thinking approach.
Participants learn to adopt a new mindset and utilize design thinking approach in developing creative solutions to challenges in Technology.
THE SOLUTION
Participants learn to design a new way to lead, manage, create and innovate with a sense of purpose and foresight.
They will learn that a design mindset is not problem-focused, it’s solution-focused and action-oriented. It involves both analysis and imagination.
They will learn how to interact with technologies and other complex systems.
They learn how to adopt a structured thinking, build their creativity confidence and overcome challenges in uncertain situations.
They learn to have an agile mindset and be open to multiple perspectives and ideas.
THE RESULT
Innovation Bazar and MentorNations are committed to bring educational design thinking workshops and bootcamps to underserved youth globally in 2020.
This will enable participants to not only learn a new problem-solving approach but also to build meaningful relationships with all global mentees and create a bigger impact in the world.
