Maryam is an award-winning entrepreneur, educator, and industry leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and digital transformation.
After living and working across four continents, she founded Innovation Bazar to help organizations tackle complex challenges and create meaningful impact through collaborative consulting, interactive workshops, and executive coaching.

Her clients range from Fortune 500 companies and universities to startups, incubators, and nonprofits. Maryam blends human-centered design, data-driven strategies, and systems thinking to deliver solutions that are sustainable, inclusive, and impactful.

Passionate about empowering the next generation of innovators, Maryam teaches graduate and executive courses at top universities and advises startups at leading incubators and accelerators. She also serves on several advisory boards and shares her insights globally at conferences and workshops.

As an advocate for the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Maryam supports education (SDG 4), volunteers with CityWheels (SDG 2), and partners with businesses to advance global goals (SDG 17).

As a global educator and career coach, I design and teach courses in technology foundations, innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership and sustainability. My teaching approach emphasizes experiential learning methodologies, hands-on projects, real-world problem-solving, and collaborative learning, equipping students with the skills to address the evolving challenges of tomorrow's industries.
