Maryam Daryabegi

I founded Innovation Bazar to help client-facing professionals in financial services and consulting lead with greater impact. My work is grounded in two decades inside the industry — first as a banker at First Republic Bank managing high-net-worth client portfolios, and later leading enterprise-wide leadership and transformation programs at IBM for global financial institutions.

That combination of frontline experience and enterprise-scale execution defines how I work. I partner closely with HR and L&D teams to build programs aligned to real business priorities — not abstract frameworks.

My work focuses on three areas: Executive Communication & Influence, Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking, and Leadership Development & Team Engagement. Every program is measured through pre- and post-assessments to ensure learning translates into visible business results.

I have partnered with financial institutions, consulting firms, universities, and government organizations across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America — working with professionals from analyst to C-suite.

As a Lecturer at Columbia University and MIT Sloan School of Management, I teach executive and graduate programs and speak at international conferences on leadership, AI, and innovation. I also serve on the Advisory Council of the Forbes Coaches Council and contribute to Harvard Business Review.
