I've always believed in recognizing opportunities, challenging assumptions, and turning ideas into action. That belief has shaped my life and career across Tehran, San Francisco, London, New York, and Mexico City.
For over 25 years, I've worked across the financial industry, technology, and management consulting, from strategy and operations at Glencore to private banking at First Republic Bank and innovation and business transformation at IBM, where I served as a Principal. Each chapter has deepened my understanding of business, leadership, and what it takes to turn strategy into action.
My international journey has shaped how I see the world and approach leadership. Working across markets and cultures has taught me to appreciate different perspectives, recognize opportunities, and understand how people make decisions, build relationships, and lead through change.
In 2019, I founded Innovation Bazar to bring this experience together, helping organizations strengthen leadership capability and achieve their business goals through strategic leadership advisory, tailored leadership development programs, and executive coaching.
Through leadership development and executive education, I've reached more than 2,000 leaders and professionals across 20+ countries. I also design and deliver leadership workshops with Duke Corporate Education and facilitate online executive education programs for MIT Sloan School of Management.
What motivates me most is seeing people recognize their potential, gain confidence, and pursue opportunities they may not have imagined for themselves. I enjoy connecting people and ideas, challenging conventional thinking, and helping others turn ambition into action.
I speak internationally at global conferences, executive forums, and leadership summits on Adaptive Leadership, Transformative Leadership, and Change Leadership.
Beyond corporate advisory, I guide early-stage founders on strategy, leadership, and growth through global incubators and accelerator programs. I also curate exclusive executive learning experiences, bringing together globally minded leaders to exchange ideas, challenge assumptions, and uncover new perspectives.
