I partner with banks to build leadership capability in client-facing roles—supporting bankers and leaders as they align teams, navigate change, and perform consistently in complex, regulated environments.

My career bridges three environments that shape how I work today: managing high-net-worth client portfolios, leading enterprise leadership and change initiatives at IBM, and building leadership capability through Innovation Bazar. This combination of operating experience and enterprise-scale advisory work allows me to support leaders who are accountable for outcomes in real work—not just strategy.

Through Innovation Bazar, I work across consulting, leadership development, and executive coaching to strengthen leadership capability for client-facing bankers and leaders navigating growth, change, or strategic reset.

I’ve worked across levels and contexts—from managing investment portfolios to advising senior leaders on complex change, and teaching leadership at Columbia University and MIT Sloan School of Management. I focus on what holds up under pressure: clear thinking, aligned teams, and leadership that consistently shows up in how work gets done and how clients are served.
