Design Thinking and Servant Leadership at work



The five stages of Design Thinking, according to d.school, are as follows:

Empathise, Define (the problem), Ideate, Prototype, and Test.


Design Thinking is a methodology and mindset that encourages leaders to share their ideas with their team members, empathize with their target users, ask good questions, listen carefully to challenge their assumptions and reach the desired outcome. The leadership qualities that is used in Design Thinking is a form of servant leadership.
