How a consulting firm built a world-class training program

A senior consultant at this global firm was looking to enhance the leadership development programs he offered clients around the world.
He wanted training that would be eye-opening and engaging, while teaching his clients to inspire innovative activity in their teams’ daily work.

SOLUTION
The consultant completed ExperienceChange™ training and was so impressed with its content and hands-on methodology that he integrated the workshop into a leadership development program for senior directors and managers.
