My Story
I grew up in Tehran, Iran, where my professional career began in strategy and operations with Glencore, one of the world’s largest commodities trading companies.
In 2000, I moved to the United States and rebuilt my career from the ground up. I transitioned into finance, working with high-net-worth clients at First Republic Bank.
After the 2009 economic downturn, I relocated to London and built a consulting practice from the ground up. A few years later, I returned to the U.S., completed graduate studies, and joined IBM’s consulting practice — advising global organizations on innovation, digital transformation, leadership, and organizational strategy.
In 2019, I founded Innovation Bazar.
Each transition required starting over — in a new country, a new industry, or both. What I learned is that clarity rarely comes before the move. It develops through intentional decisions, adaptability, and the courage to move forward before everything feels certain.
That perspective shapes the work I do today.

Coaching Formats
Available as a 3-month (6 sessions) or 6-month (12 sessions) engagement.
The 3-month engagement focuses on gaining clarity, defining priorities, and identifying a meaningful next step. The 6-month engagement provides deeper support through the decisions, transitions, and shifts required to create lasting change and long-term growth.
Sessions are 60 minutes and held every two weeks, either virtually or in person. Between sessions, clients have direct access for time-sensitive decisions and ongoing support — not just scheduled conversations.
