I’ve rebuilt my career more than once — from Tehran to San Francisco, London, New York, and Mexico City — each time starting over in a new country, industry, or role. Not because I had a perfect plan, but because I learned to define a direction, make intentional decisions, and move forward with purpose.

My Story
I grew up in Tehran, Iran, where my professional life began — leading strategy and operations for Glencore, one of the world’s largest commodities trading companies.
In 2000, I moved to the United States and rebuilt my career from the ground up — starting in a new country, culture, and professional environment. I transitioned into finance, working with high-net-worth clients at First Republic Bank.
After the 2009 economic downturn, I relocated to London and built a consulting practice from scratch.
A few years later, I returned to the US, went back to school, and made another transition — joining IBM’s consulting practice, where I advised global clients on innovation, digital transformation, and people strategy.
In 2019, I founded Innovation Bazar. Since then, I’ve worked with organizations and professionals across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia — advising, coaching, and speaking internationally.
Each transition meant starting over — in a new country, a new industry, or both. Each time, I moved forward by staying clear on what I was building toward, developing new expertise, and adapting without losing sight of my strengths.
That is the perspective I bring to this work.

Individual Coaching
From Clarity to Impact — available as a 3-month (6 sessions) or 6-month (12 sessions) engagement.
The 3-month engagement focuses on gaining clarity, defining priorities, and identifying a meaningful next step.
The 6-month engagement goes further — supporting you through the decisions, obstacles, and pivots required to make real change happen.
Sessions are 60 minutes, held every two weeks, in person or virtually. Between sessions, you have direct access for important decisions and time-sensitive moments — not just scheduled calls.
Advisory Sessions
For professionals facing a specific decision, challenge, or career inflection point — available as a single session or short-term engagement.
Group Coaching
A cohort experience for global professionals navigating similar transitions — combining peer learning, cross-cultural perspectives, and structured coaching in a small group setting. To learn more or express interest, reach out directly.
