My Story
My own career has unfolded across four countries, three industries, and multiple professional reinventions.
I began my career in Tehran, Iran, working in strategy and operations with Glencore. In 2000, I relocated to the United States and rebuilt my career in financial services, managing high-net-worth client relationships at First Republic Bank.
Following the 2008 financial crisis, I moved to London and established an independent consulting practice. A few years later, I returned to the United States, completed my graduate studies, and joined IBM Consulting, where I advised global organizations on innovation strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
In 2019, I brought these experiences together to found Innovation Bazar.
Each transition required navigating a new country, industry, role, or professional direction. Those experiences taught me how important it is to understand what you bring with you, make thoughtful decisions when the path forward is unclear, and build the next chapter around your strengths, experience, and ambitions.
That lived perspective shapes how I coach international professionals today.

3-Month Engagement | 6 Sessions
Designed for professionals working through a defined transition, decision, or immediate professional priority.
6-Month Engagement | 12 Sessions
Designed for professionals navigating a more significant transition or who want ongoing support as they move into a new role, market, country, or independent practice.
Sessions are held every two weeks, virtually worldwide or in person in New York City.
Between sessions, clients have access to me for brief check-ins and feedback as important decisions arise.
