I joined the IDG Summit online in 2024, and I am excited to be engaging in this event again in October 2025. The shift toward internalizing change as opposed to externalizing it is a powerful one. In order to thrive in this BANI (brittle, anxious, nonlinear and incomprehensible) world, we need to shift ourselves internally to be productive, innovative and less overwhelmed.
